IND has unveiled their new Silverstone II BMW M3 convertible. Designed to be "clean and subtle", the package features a discrete polyurethane front lip extension and the complete removal of all stock OEM reflectors. Other changes include a new "challenge" rear diffuser and 20-inch BBS LM chrome wheels outfitted with Nitto Invo tires.

In the coming months, IND will outfit the car with an Eisenmann Sport exhaust system, a Rogue short shift kit, and a performance shift knob and boot. Although official information wasn't released, power likely comes from the standard 4.0-liter V8 engine that produces 414 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque.

Elite LMV/R based on 2010 Aston Martin Vantage

Elite a well known tuner from U.S has come up with a Bond car (as in James Bond in a LeMans racer) inspired by the Ferrari Scuderia and Ferrari Stradale as well as the Lamborghini Superleggera. They call it the 2010 Aston Martin LMV/R (Le Mans Vantage Racer).

Elite claims the car will be lighter than the production model through extensive use of carbon fiber parts. And one has to assume that performance is, at least, marginally improved by way of the weight reduction as well the aerodynamic/body kit, a sport exhaust system and lowering springs. A big brake kit hints at increased performance too but Elite does not provide any info on that front.

Also included in the package is a an Alcantara interior along with carbon fiber paneling in the cabin and 20-inch wheels to fit the wide body kit. But this package really seems to be about that carbon fiber body paneling which, along with the usual skirts, wings and rear diffuser, also comes with rear quarter panel extensions that are 2-inches (5 cm) wider.

Only 30 of these Aston Martin LMV/R's will be made. They will be distributed through Aston Martin dealers in the United States. The price is a tad...no, it's an outright million miles beyond reasonable at 173,000 U.S. dollars, not including the original Aston Martin Vantage. But it does include transport to Elite for the installation job and back to the dealer purchase point where one buys the car.

SV 9 Competizione American supercar

Finally, the first real world photos of the SV 9 Competizione have been released by SV Motor Co. Based on the Chevrolet Corvette, the Competizione blends American performance with Italian style. The exterior features an odd mix of shapes while the interior boasts carbon fiber reinforced seats, Italian leather upholstery, and burlwood or carbon-fiber trim.

The car is equipped with a V8 engine which capable to produce 450 hp and 445 lb-ft of torque. The modest increase in power (14 hp) comes from a revised air intake and a custom-tuned ANSA exhaust which is modeled after the Ferrari Daytona and 599 GTB. The car able to accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in 4 seconds and 0 to 400m in 12 seconds flat.

To ensure the Competizione handles like a proper Italian exotic, SVMC adds a specially tuned sports suspension, a high performance braking system, and Pirelli P-Zero Rosso ultra performance tires. Priced at $99,995 (€69,402), SV 9 production will be limited to 1,000 units.

The third member of the new E-Class family after the sedan and the coupe variants is scheduled to make its first public appearance at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September with sales in Europe expected to start in November and the rest of the world from the beginning of 2010. The Estate will feature a similar spread of engines with the E-Class sedan and coupe models. The gasoline lineup will include a 204HP 1.8-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder, a 3.5-liter V6 with 292HP and a 5.5-liter V8 with 388HP while the diesel range will comprise of a 170HP four-pot, a 204HP twin-turbocharged 2.2-litre unit and a 3.0-liter V6 with 231HP. JE Design SEAT Exeo Sport Tourer & Leon FR/Cupra

JE Design has released their new Seat Exeo Sport Tourer and the Seat Leon FR/Cupra over the weekend. The Exeo ST is somewhat of a follow-up for the design firm; JE Design released a tuning kit for the Exeo sedan back in April. That project intended to make the "middle class limousine" more like "a sports car with four doors."

From the sketch provided, it appears the new project bears strong similarity to the sedan. The sketch shows a car with the exact same front end, including the new spoiler and grille. Wheels appear to be the same 19-inchers previously used, leading to identical side sills and mirrors. We imagine the ST is also lowered by about 35mm.

What we can't see in the sketch is the back. Hopefully, JE Design brings something new to the table at the rear of the car, truly differentiating the ST from the sedan.

We do see something interesting on the Leon FR/Cupra. It appears the vehicle will also have a unique front-end, including updates to the fascia, spoiler, and fog lamp enclosures. The radiator grille, headlamps, and side mirrors keep the same shape, but the side sills get some needed flair.
