Mcchip-ing the Fiat 500 1.3 Multijet Diesel

German tuning firm Mcchip has introduced a new engine kit for the diesel variant of Fiat's retro-style minicar. At a cost of €509 or a little over $700 US at today's rates, Mcchip will fiddle around with the 500's 1.3-liter Multijet turbo diesel engine increasing output from 75HP to 95HP and peak torque from 145Nm to 185Nm. For another €1,099, Mcchip will throw in a set of 17-inch Black Diamond alloy wheels with Hankook S1 Evo tires in size 195/40 R17.

Mcchip Ford Focus RS

Mcchip-dkr GmbH, car tuner from Germany, has released its tuning package for the Ford Focus RS. The engine of the Focus RS was completely overhauled in order to produce 401 hp.

Mcchip Power stage 1 for the Focus RS delivers 345 hp and 520 Nm of torque from the standard 305 hp and 440 Nm of torque. The top speed has also increase to 271 km/h. Power stage 1 consists of only software optimization which is priced at €799.



Power stage 2 which is priced at €4,499 increases the power of the Mcchip Ford Focus RS to 401 hp and 612 Nm of torque. The top speed meanwhile increases to 278 km/h. Power stage 2 consists of enhanced intercooler, new sports exhaust system, modified inlet manifold which includes tubes, special sparking plugs and also Mcchip engine electronics.

MCCHIP Audi RS 2.5 TSI 380 hp and 400hp

The Audi TT RS 2.5 TSI may only have just been released, but tuners have already began work on the most potent version of the German sports car that is powered by a 2.5-liter turbocharged five-cylinder engine delivering 340HP and 450Nm of torque. The well known MCCHIP already released a set of kit for the TT RS that has retuned the 2.5 TSI's ECU for a total output of 380HP and 550Nm of torque.

Furthermore, MCCHIP said that it is preparing a Level 2 kit that will boost the five-cylinder engine's output to 400HP. In addition to the engine software upgrades, the German firm's tuning proposal for the TT RS also includes new 20-inch alloy wheels from Cargraphic wrapped in 255/30 R20 Continental rubber. The price for the Level 1 ECU upgrade is €899 while the new wheels/tires will set you back at €6.600.
